We require 24 hour cancellation notice .
*Any appointment cancelled within this time will be subject to a 50% fee according to service booked.
*No-show appointments are subject to be charged 100% of what services were booked.
*Also note we guarantee our services any tweaks to your color or cut must be done within one week post service.
